When we arrived there was no staff at reception. The security guard tried to help us but didn’t have a number for the manager. It took 2 hours from arrival to finally get a staff member on the phone to return to the hotel to check us in. I’m pretty sure he was high when he got there. There was also a lot of pot smoking at the pool and a lot of unattended children running through the halls. The manager subsequently refunded our room, but I would not risk staying there again.
