This cozy and bright home away from home provides easy access to all Durham has to offer. It's a perfect escape for those looking for a longer term stay in the area for work, travel or whatever brings you here. Central heat and air, Google Fiber and washer and dryer are provided free of charge.

The open floor plan connects kitchen and living spaces for a modern living experience. The bright and relaxing living room features a Smart TV, 2 couches, coffee table, lamps and end table.

The kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz counters and an island with breakfast bar seating for 2. Plenty of cooking utensils and equipment including a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.

The bathroom boasts a huge soaking tub and combo shower with tile surround. Seriously, if you're a bath person, this is a legit bathtub! Towels and toiletries to get you started.

Each bedroom features a queen bed, comfortable pillows, bedside table and lamp as well as a closet with ample storage and hangars. The larger bedroom has a desk and chair.

Refinished hardwood floors in living room and bedrooms. Luxury vinyl plank floors in kitchen and bathroom. Exterior lighting including motion detector flood light, switchable from inside.

Great experience!

The property was just as described and the host was readily available for any questions and concerns. We really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable and felt just like a home away from home, with fully stocked items such as utensils and toiletries. It didn’t feel like there was anything lacking. The host was also very understanding and resourceful in getting all our wants and needs met. Would definitely recommend! Especially for someone who is relocating to the area and planning to stay for a longer period of time until they get settled into Durham!
