Worst experience I ever had

This is the worst experience I ever had do not do business with Vrbo they will leave you with nowhere to stay like they did to my family and I. Upon checking to our reserved house it was already occupied and other guests and was double booked. After talking to the booking agent and Vrbo they did nothing for us but cancelled our reservation leaving nowhere to stay with our 11 guests one of them being a 90 year old lady. They lied and said if you book a new reservation on any of there booking platforms the would refund our new booking for the inconvenience and they have a book with confidence policy but when tried to get the refund they said they would not do it. I was totally shocked at how unprofessional this was handled and this is unacceptable they left us scrambling to find other accommodation I will never use Vrbo again.bro is full of lies and cannot be trusted they will say anything to get your money but won’t stand behind there word.
