At 1st check in was kinda annoying because system when down but the clerk was apologetic for inconveniencing me and got things straightened out. Stay was nice room was perfect. Now just waiting on deposit return which we’re on day 6 will give hotel a call today

Staff was not to friendly. After waiting 10 minutes to check in, no apology. Never mentioned that the elevator did not work. Had to walk up 3 flights. Shower knob was broke. You had to turn it a certain way. Water would get HOT!!!!! to where the knob would be hot as well. I called to let the front desk know but did nothing about it.

The staff was very nice and helpful the receptionist Sam was very nice he helped us in what we needed, the only issue was that it is a bit far from food and gas
