Laundry was a hassle. You need $7 in quarters to tun the washer and dryer. Front desk wouldnt take a $50 bill and wouldn't charge it to the room. This is enough to never go back there for me.

The room was so disgusting! The bed looked like it had been slept in, there was stuff all over the floors. Stains like blood on the carpet and couch. Hair and dirt all over the toilet. Mold:mildew in the tub. So gross

We had to change the room right the way because it smelled like people had been smoking inside. We got a different room that smelled as bad as the first one. The smoking smell is on the hallways as well Disgusting place.

Hotel is below average and is in need of reapirs across just about all areas. Informed ar check-in that no breakfast available, only coffee. Walking to the room the smell of Marijuana was strong. Room furniture is worn sheets had stains, and bathroom has wallpaper coming off the walls. Went down to the "Store" to get a soft drink only to find the cooler at about 90 degrees. Don't even think about the pool as it was a deep green. Certainly won't be staying here again.

Horrible experience. The first room they put me in was disgusting. Moldy grout in the shower, dirty windows, stained carpets, broken curtain tracks, water stains on the ceiling, peeling wallpaper, and you could feel every spring in the bed. The second room's door wouldn't open. Key worked, door just wouldn't budge. The third room was cleaner, stained sofa and carpet, and what appeared to be cigarette burns in the curtain. The bed was ok at least. The icing on the cake was the rather loud argument in the parking lot at 7am with a man yelling at a woman, "I ain't playin with you, ho." Lovely.

person at front desk was having multiple issues with check in with not only just me but other guests as well from what i observed. there was no housekeeping at all during our stay and the phone in the room did not even work to be able to call the front desk for more toiletries. overall it was an ok experience since we were out most of the day anyways but just beware with check in and needing housekeeping services.

I booked this hotel months in advance for the Dreamville Festival, expecting a comfortable and clean stay. Unfortunately, that was far from the reality. While the lobby was nice, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable, the condition of the actual room was completely unacceptable. The bathtub was clearly not cleaned properly, and the carpet had disturbing stains that made walking barefoot out of the question. The microwave and fridge were also dirty, and both the hallways and the room were filled with an unbearable stench that made it hard to relax. Even worse, there were what appeared to be red, blood-like stains on the curtains. We had planned to use the pull-out bed, but that wasn’t an option due to a disgusting stain that made it unusable. On top of all that, our room keys constantly stopped working for no reason, forcing us to return to the front desk over and over again just to get into our room. We tried to switch hotels after seeing the condition of the room, but due to the festival, everywhere else was fully booked—so we were stuck. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this hotel did not even come close.

This was the worst stay in my life

The rooms were dirty and I didn’t get the room I reserved. When I brought it to the attention for the attended he put me in a room with a balcony. That’s not what’s I asked for. The ribs were dirty and ohh hair and a ring inside like it had been used. The bed smelled funny. I asked for a manager to call me and was directed to send an email and I have yet to get a reply back from the email.
