The room was very nice and clean. I did not like the lack of fan in the bathroom, but otherwise a great space. The main reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is that part of the amenities was supposed to be coffee starting at 4am, which we were really depending on as we were heading to the airport at 4:15am. When we went to the front desk, the lady stated coffee wouldnt be ready until at least 4:30am and she was fairly rude and dismissive about it. I know this is something small, but for as much as this hotel costs to stay in, I was hoping customer service would be a bit better.
