The hotel was ok. I was flying into RDU. My flight was delayed. I knew it would be late and called the hotel 6 hours before to be assured I’d have a late shuttle. The clerk assured me I’d have a late shuttle and where to go to meet it. I arrived at RDU and no shuttle. I called and was advised the shuttle service ended and hour before. Had to resort to a cab that ripped me off on a 4 minute ride. If only the clerk had to me the shuttle ended at 11pm.

The bathroom was extremely dated. Rust in bath tub, peeling wallpaper, stained ceilings. No black out curtains, with just a sheer panel separating our room on the first floor and the parking lot! People walking by could see in! We had to listen to loud music from our neighbors all night. The hotel is like a horrible maze. Dark hallways that just felt unsafe

Beginning, elevator not in use. Had to walk up stairs;lucky to be on second level. No hot water in sink. Shower difficult to work. Hallway is dingy and old. Room somewhat small. Very disappointed as per advertisement.
