Check in was smooth and fast. Hotel and room was very clean. Mattress was really firm (not my preference but would be okay for those who like a firm one). What wasn’t so great? We were in room 614 (right across the stairwell at the end of the hall). That stairwell door opened and slammed off and on all night long and early the next morning. We decided to just get up and leave. Unfortunately, we would not stay again unless we had a room away from the stairwell doors. We could deal with the train, helicopters, even others talking outside the door but the door slamming was just too much.

clean room but the overall feel of the property was dated and there was a slight "damp" smell. Room felt too sterile and not relaxing.

Breakfast was very good, service was good. Everyone that came to breakfast was confused about how it worked and had to get an explanation from the server. Not complaining but maybe it is something you could look at making more clear.
