Conveniently located near the Raleigh-Durham airport, rental car agencies, shopping, fast food and restaurants. There is a Starbucks and an Italian restaurant on the property. Our room was immaculate and included a coffee maker, complimentary water and a fridge. The hotel staff were friendly. I highly recommend this Westin property.

If you are in Raleigh for an event at the Lenovo Center this is the perfect spot! Shopping, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel was clean and modern. There is food available in the hotel and a bar. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s only fifteen minutes from the event center.

The hotel has so much potential, the restaurant is quite good, the location is great, but the staff was my biggest issue. Got the same lady at the front desk every night. She was so unfriendly, seemed bothered to help, just a bad demeanor all around .Housekeeping coordination was hard, we had a service dog. Just things to improve, again, could be a great hotel.

I appreciate the staff helping me with getting my medication ice packs frozen. Also, the shuttle driver Chris was proactive in getting me to the airport instead of having to book a ride.

Empathy and customer relations lacking

Was there for a multi day trip to Duke for medical scans and tests. Served sour milk from room service and still charged. Power went out at 4a, had to take a cold shower, power wasn’t restore until I had to check out around 8:30a and no compensation nor even an apology was offered; it was simply it is what it is. No coffee in hot pots, nothing, no attempt to make guests more comfortable or accommodate them in ANY way shape or form.
