Only one issue occured. The smoke detector in my room went off at 4am and couldn't be shut off until 8am this morning. Ive enjoyed my stay and the staff responded when i first called it in to report it. I just didnt get a goodnights sleep last night.

We didn’t stay we were only there for 10 minutes. The beds were too high. There were roaches on the floor. It was not clean and the smell of marijuana was horrible. We’ve asked for a full refund.

No person for after house check in. Sink in bathroom leaking all over the floor. Horrible bed & pillows. Weekly rates available so most of the hotel is lived in. Do not stay here!

Felt unsafe. People loitering around the building. Hallways smelled like weed. Random people knocking on my door at night. Also sketchy inside the room - sticky floors, bathroom door had a fist-sized hole in it, hair stuck on the microwave handle… Overall very unpleasant experience.

It took at least 30 minutes for me to check in because the lady at the front desk was asking for payment. I paid via third party and she stated that the payment only went through for 1 night instead of both nights. She had to call her supervisor via phone to correct the situation. That didn't work so the supervisor had to come in Parson to correct the amount. The room had 2 broken drawers, The cover for the control panel of the A.C.unit was broken. The A.C. unit was stuck on 66 degrees! The room was so cold that i had to switch rooms. The next room was better nothing was broken so I was finally comfortable. That night was when things for worse. LARGE ROACHES was coming into the room via the dooe. After stepping on them i sat down in the chair and noticed something was on my ankle.There were small roaches around my foot. HORRIBLE! I went to the front desk the office was closed due to it being after hours. I spoke to the after hours agent via the phone. She told me to speak to someone in the morning. I went to the desk at 8:00 am.The office was closed. Hours of operation are 7:30am to 11:00p.m. I had to speak to another agent via phone to disciss the bug problem. I'm beyond frustrated and anmoyed. I had to slide the key under the gate to check out since noone was there! I will never stay there again and i highly dont recommend anyone else to stay there! The worst experience ever at a hotel!

Front desk unavailable to check in. Floor was slick and room was not clean. Dogs barking late at night. Alarm sounded 5 min before I called to report and another 5 min before anyone came to turn it off. Then manager pounded on my door shortly afterwards saying she. Ended to make sure no one was cooking or smoking in the room. I was the only door she pounded on. And nothing was going on as we were trying to sleep. Do not stay here.

The hotel is run down, you can tell people live their, the back door is left ajar, so you dont feel safe. Someone knocked on my door every evening. I didnt feel safe opening it or even acknowledging i was in my room. The dresser that holds tv was filthy and had water and dirt on it . The internet was extremely slow. People hung out in back parking lot in cars and by the door smoking. People were working on cars in parking lot.
