Pampelonne Chic is set in very peaceful and private surroundings and is located in the very heart of Pampelonne vineyards, off the well-known route des Plages. This is just a short distance to Moorea Beach Club, a short drive to the village of Ramatuelle and vibrant St Tropez.

The interior of the house is very tastefully decorated in a contemporary and modern style. The living room is open plan with kitchen and dining area and opens out on to a terrace with outdoor sitting and dining. The roof can be open or closed depending on the weather and gives a great indoor-outdoor feeling. There is air-conditioning throughout.

Direct access from the entrance into the large open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room with fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar. Large TV screen with satellite and international channels. On this level, there are 5 bedrooms, each one with a shower room, wc and private terrace. The master suite is on the first floor with dressing, open plan bathroom, bathtub, shower and separate wc.

The laundry/utility room is at the back of the kitchen, including washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge.
