This new home, built in 2012 was designed by it's owner/Architect to socially entertain and create a family oriented warm atmosphere with amenities such as a large see through stone fireplace, spectacular views from every room, vaulted ceilings, skylights, formal dining room, large country kitchen with Italian granite countertops, cherry cabinets and LG appliances with a built-in wine refrigerator. This single level home features a large master bedroom and see through fireplace to the master bath with an oval soaking tub and separate his and hers laves. All bedrooms have queen size beds and access to individual full bathrooms. There is beautiful Italian Travertine flooring throughout. Other amenities include a full laundry room, ceiling fans in every bedroom and family room, two wide screen TV's, WI FI, full stereo system with indoor outdoor speakers, Bluray, DVD, AC and heating, radiant floor heating and solid cherry wood doors. The exterior features include an expansive paver patio, large wine tasting pergola with a wine barrel bar, gas BBQ, conversational fire-pit and a waterfall. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place each set of sheets inside a pillowcase. Turn off the fans and air conditioners. Put 2 sets of sheets in the wasing machine and run. Trash goes out to the cans at the far side of the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
