Private: natural state property 1'300 m2 with lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for skis, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop "Ramsau Vorberg Panorama" 550 m, bathing lake "Ramsau Beach" 2.4 km. Riding stable 2 km, sports centre 3.2 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, ski lift 1.4 km, gondola lift 10 km, ski rental 2 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 1.4 km, cross country ski track 350 m. Nearby attractions: nordisches Leistungszentrum Ramsau 3.2 km, Dachstein Gletscherbahn 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 8 km, Schladming Planai 10 km, Dachstein 9 km. Hiking paths: Fageralm, Reiteralm.
