Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im Tal von Ramsau. In unserem Haus befinden sich 2 Ferienwohnungen mit freiem Blick zum Watzmann. Gleich vom Haus ab führen Sie die Wanderwege zum Zauberwald, Hintersee, Blaueishütte, Wimbachklamm und Wimbachschloß u.s.w.. Auch können Sie direkt zur Soleleitung, Hochschwarzeck und zum Toten Mann wandern. Kinder sind gern gesehene Gäste in unserem großen Garten mit Spielgeräten. Im Haus wohnt auch ein freundlicher Kater.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß mit Ausgang zur Terrasse und abgetrenntem Gartenteil. Ein separater Schlafraum mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch. Im Wohnschlafraum befindet sich ein weiteres Doppelbett, die Essecke, eine Couch und Kabel-TV. Diele mit Kleiderschrank und Spiegelschuhschrank. Einbauküche mit Gefrierschrank. Bad mit Badewanne und Duschabtrennung, WC..

Wandern in der Ramsau.

Die Wohnung ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Bergwanderungen und Ausflüge. (Bushaltstelle direkt unter dem Haus.) Morgens aufwachen mit dem Plätschern des keinen Bachs nebenan und frühstücken auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf imposante Berge. neSchlafzimmer

Wunderbar ruhig und bezaubernde Lage. Man findet in der Wohnung alles was man im Alltag benötigt und Rita schafft eine überaus freundliche Atmosphäre.
