Our 100 ton sand volleyball pit is a great source of entertainment for beach parties and outdoor BBQ's. The backyard too includes complete landscaping with an automatic sprinkler system and RV parking including full hook-ups on the side of the house.

Create a work of art in our spacious fully stocked kitchen equipped with large kitchen island and sitting stools, black granite countertops for food preparation, new microwave added February 2019, gas stove top and oven, a energy efficient dishwasher to make cleanup easy, sub zero fridge and freezer, large kitchen pantry, and plenty of cupboard and drawer space.

Unwind in our opulent living room complete with full sized ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, glass doors and window space facing out to the pool area, venetian blinds for your privacy, plush leather couches, gas fireplace, for your entertainment an inside full audio system with surround sound, wet bar, 42 inch flat screen TV, foosball table, and pool table.

Enjoy our generously proportioned master suite. Snooze in our CA king sized bed or lounge while enjoying watching TV on our brand new 60 Inch Highsense Flat Screen TV  added 03/19 while keeping cool under a full sized ceiling fan. Work from home on a built in computer desk with bulletin board and lots of desk drawer space. Also included are venetian blinds for your privacy, a tiled floor, plenty of closet space, along with lots of drawer and shelf space. 

Lavish your senses in a relaxing shower in the master bathroom located inside the master bedroom. Master bath also comes with a black double sink, large vanity black granite countertops, a commode sizeable mirrors, along with plenty of drawer and cabinet space for your convenience, a tiled floor, and a rope lighted window for a little ambiance. 

Wind down in our guest bedrooms both equipped with full sized beds, lots of closet and drawer space, built in computer desks and desk lamps great for working at home, full sized ceiling fans, and venetian blinds for your privacy. The first guest room includes a private entrance off onto the pool. The second guest room includes ample shelf space. 

Enjoy showering in our full sized guest bath offering the same amenities as our master bath with a black double sink, large vanity black granite countertops, a commode, sizeable mirrors, along with plenty of drawer and cabinet space for your convenience. 

For your convenience, Ring Added 3/19, a Full Sized Spin Cycle Washer & Dryer has been provided, lots of closet and shelf space, as well as a large doggy door. We are a Dog & Cat friendly... 

Front yard includes complete landscaping, automatic sprinkler system, and a circular driveway for additional parking.
