Please note: the county recently changed the home's official address to 13 Luna Ln, though signage and some maps still show 65 Vista Linda Rd; full directions are provided before arrival.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• This home does not have air conditioning; the high-desert climate and ceiling fans keep it comfortable, and windows open for cool evenings.

• Heating is radiant in-floor heat, which can take up to 24 hours to adjust, so plan ahead for temperature changes.

• Pets: We are dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs, with prior approval and any applicable pet fee. Please supervise pets in the yard.

• The minimum age to book is 21.

• Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
