Niboban Cabin #26 - Niboban Camp's newest cabin, Evergreen, is welcoming renters for the first time this summer and will be available throughout the year! Evergreen is a gorgeous three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home located on the scenic shores of Rangeley Lake in Western Maine. The cabin boasts cathedral ceilings, open concept kitchen and living area, modern, stainless steel applicances, all your cooking-equipment needs, washer/dryer, spacious screened-in porch, large mudroom and game/entertainment room, and beautiful views of Rangeley Lake.
Guests of Evergreen enjoy shared access to Niboban's exceptional waterfront amenities including a sandy beach, swimming cove, swim float, docks, fire pits, and peaceful walking trails. Evergreen also includes a private mooring for overnight boat use and two kayaks (coming soon).
Located at the historic Niboban property, the original camp dates back to before 1915 and has served as both a farm and a girls camp over the years. In the early 2000s, the original buildings were replaced with newly constructed cabins and a lodge, blending modern comfort with the area's rich history and natural beauty.
Evergreen is conveniently located just 7 miles from both Rangeley Village and downtown Oquossoc, with easy access to year-round recreation, including nearby snowmobile trail access. Enjoy cross-country skiing and mountain biking at the Rangeley Lakes Trails Center, public tennis courts, and outdoor adventures at Saddleback Mountain for skiing, hiking, biking, and snowboarding, which is 20-minute drive.
Sleeping Arrangements: Main Floor - Queen, Main Floor - Twins, Upper Level - King. Sleeps up to 10 guests.
Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Lower Level Sofa Bed - Queen.
Location: On the southern shore of Rangeley Lake near South Cove. 7.1 miles to downtown Rangeley, 7.5 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 13.3 miles to Saddleback.
FAQs: This property includes a charcoal grill available mid-May through mid-October. This property includes access to the shared amenities for all Niboban Cabins, including a beach waterfront, docks for swimming, fire pits, a swim float, and the main clubhouse. Please note: Niboban #26 has a private mooring, and boats may not be left on the docks overnight. You are welcome to use the docks for loading and unloading.
