The bright open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—perfect for cooking and spending time together. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures comfort year-round.



For your convenience, you have high-speed internet (ideal for streaming or working remotely), cable TV with three televisions, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. A baby cot is available on request.



Relax in the large shared garden, enjoy the sun, or breathe in the fresh mountain air. The covered terrace offers beautiful mountain views, and a barbecue is available for shared use. Children will enjoy the playground right on the property.
