Lakocoon - Proche Center Parcs
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Ranton, surrounded by greenery, with a surface area of 48 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 24 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber-optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 24 m² living room with fireplace (first fire free) and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
First floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Ranton, in a very pleasant, green environment that is perfect for relaxation. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Hike along the Dive River through the green, rolling landscapes typical of the Haut-Poitou region.
- Discover the “La Bonne Dame” church in Ranton, a peaceful place with remarkable historical and architectural charm.
- Explore the marked bike trails through white stone villages, fields, and peaceful forests.
- Enjoy family or water-based leisure activities at Center Parcs Le Bois aux Daims, located a few kilometers away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the courtyard of the house. Parking spaces are also available near the church.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Thouars train station, 15 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Angers Airport, 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car
Other remarks:
- Bed sheets, two bath towels, and two tea towels included
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge
- The fireplace is functional, with the first fire provided free of charge in winter
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
