Tilava, viihtyisä ja valoisa 145m2 talo luonnon keskellä kalaisan järven rannalla. Ympärillä runsaasti yksityistä tilaa ulkoiluun omassa rauhassa. Ihanteellinen paikka myös suuremmille ryhmille rentouttavaan lomaan.
Talon pihalla on oma pulkkamäki sekä mäenlasku välineitä. Pilkkimistä voit harrastaa järvellä. Porotilalla on mahdollista vierailla kanssani.

Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä paljon tekemistä kuten Ranua zoo, Korouoman jääputous, Riisitunturi, Rovaniemi sekä Iso-syöte lukuisine palveluineen

Talossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, suuri oleskelutila, sauna, pesuhuone, 4 makuuhuonetta sekä katettu lasitettu terassi.
Katettu autokatos yhdelle autolle sekä parkkitilaa lisäajoneuvoille.

Nukkumapaikkoja on 1 parivuode, 6 yhden hengen vuodetta, 2 vuodesohvaa, irtopatjoja sekä lasten sänky. Lisäksi 2 tavallista sohvaa joita voi halutessaan käyttää myös vuoteina. Kohde voi majoittaa suurenkin ryhmän!
