Well-equipped house on a flat lawn plot in Simojärvi, also suitable for the people with disabilities. Fishing spots and state owned hunting areas nearby.

30 km to the northeast from the center of Ranua, 105 km to the southeast from Rovaniemi, lake Simojärvi 25 m (Lautaselkä), shallow beach, soft bottom, pier, own rowing boat. Outboard motor (3.6 hp, 2-stroke) available for rent from the owner. The fuel is included in the rental fee.

Log-built cabin, built in 2020. Inner walls are panelled.
