To reach Il Casone you take from the county road a mule track on foot which leads in 5 minutes uphill to the house.
Il Casone has a large panoramic terrace and a pergola on the ground floor leading to kitchen-living room with a chimmney and a sleeping area (4 beds) on the first floor with large bathroom.
Il Casone is ideal for those seeking quietness, but also the seaside, trekking and excursions to Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita, Portofino, Camogli and Recco, the Ligurian capital of gastronomy. Also nearby are the Cinque Terre (30 minutes by train) and the cultural capital Genoa with its fascinating historic centre.
Il Casone is easily reachable from the airports Milan, Genoa and Pisa airports and from the Rapallo railway station and only 5 minutes from the highway A 12 (exit Rapallo).
Thanks to a stable and fast internet connection, the house is suitable for long stays for those who want to travel and do smartworking in a relaxing countryside setting near the seaside.
