The splendid residence is located on the garden level of a villa in San Michele di Pagana, a district of Rapallo, closer to Santa Margherita Ligure, on the Riviera Ligure di Levante. It is located in an elegant residential area surrounded by beautiful villas all in absolute privacy.

First of all, let's talk about the beautiful large garden with exotic plants, a beautiful dining table with a nice gazebo of plants, sunbeds, barbeque, showers also outside.The interior of the house is very modern and particular and creates a Mediterranean feeling. It has a spacious kitchen with a peninsula with stools: it is an ideal place to have breakfast. A dining table with chairs is in front of the large windows, overlooking the garden. In an alcove of the room is the living area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial and satellite channels. There are two bedrooms with a double bed (160x190cm) and a wardrobe.
