The hotel was wonderful!! It was clean, the breakfast was great, beds were comfy and it was a nice location for visiting the National Parks. The night staff, Carlos was amazing! He helped us map out our day and gave excellent recommendations. Will definitely stay here on my next visit!

Im very picky and would stay again.

Some improvements needed but would definitely recommend and stay again. The toilet paper and kleenex where very thin and not pleasant to use. The towels were rough. The breakfast was ok. The chair and couch needed lights for reading. The room was very clean which was great. I loved that there was no carpet in the room keeps things very easy to sanatize. Loved the walk in shower, toiletries and makeup remover cloths. Very nice sized room. We loved the cucumber and lemon water that was always available. Great location. Close to excellent restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Property is really nice. I’d probably stay there again, but they missed the boat on the room AC unit located in the bedroom that is very loud and cycles off and on. In addition, the smoke alarm has a bright white led light that flashes every seven seconds. Annoying. Finally, the breakfast selection was a typical Hampton Inn unhealthy selection of high sugar, high fat, and high carbs. For the money I expected better. But the hotel itself is very nice.

Great location for the main Rapid City tourist attractions! Awesome breakfast, great little pool and hot tub as well. Beds were probably some of the comfiest we’ve ever had at a hotel too!
