Beautiful new property. Lobby was impressive. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. Only 2 things I would change: add a table lamp in the living room and get rid of the super fat bed pillows.

Breakfast was very nice. A good variety. Something for everyone I feel. The Black Hills are beautiful. A wonderful area of South Dakota. Mt Rushmore was awesome! The area was beautiful, much improved from my visit 30 years ago.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was very professional. It was a great spot to see all the attractions in the area, including easily getting to Custer State Park, Cave Wind national Park, Mount Rushmore, Crazy horse, and Devils Tower.

Perfect stay!

Literally everything about this hotel was perfect! Carlos checked us in, was super friendly and professional, then later hosted the happy hour. Set the tone for a great stay. The room was clean, bed was comfy, large room, all staff were friendly, breakfast was better than the usual continental, happy hour was very generous. We walked to the restaurant adjacent to the hotel - delicious. So glad we chose this hotel over all the other ones in the area. Hands down best hotel stay! I wish they weren’t just an independent hotel in South Dakota, the rest of the U. S. would benefit from having more of these. Honestly, can’t compliment this hotel enough.

Very clean! Check in and out without a hassle. Breakfast options were great! All the staff were kind and friendly! Check in gentle man gave us a couple of options if we wanted to eat out since we check in later the night. We will definitely come back again.
