New Hotel w/ Friendly Staff

Very nice property that is new. Helpful staff during check in recommend places to eat and activities. Affiliated restaurant next door with excellent food. Included Breakfast was noce too.

Rapid City newer hotel.

Very Noisy ventilation system. Room must not have very good insulation as A/c is on and off constantly. Small gym with no view outside or tv monitors for cardio equipment. Hotel is on edge of city and not much nearby. Bed comfortable and nice flooring. Expensive for location and amenities.

We had a room that was outside entrance. Loved that for the convenience. It was just rather dirty surrounding the enterance of the room. There were also cockroaches outside the whole vicinity of the outside entrance rooms that were near us. The room was clean, no bed bug interaction’s, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and it had more options than anticipated. Check in was smooth and they had great customer service.

Simply Wonderful

We went on a family vacation with our daughter, our son-in-law and two grandchildren who are 11 and nine. We stayed for six nights so we were there long enough to eat many breakfasts, see many employees and experience our rooms. We LOVED the hotel and we LOVED its people. Everyone was so gracious, friendly, and genuinely interested in their guests. The rooms were wonderful. Because of the length of our stay, we stayed in junior suites with balconies. They were super. Breakfasts were superb. The menus changed daily while there remained some staples as well. Late afternoon was a reception with drinks and some snacks. The staff at the reception were so friendly, outgoing and actually interested in us. The personnel in the breakfast area were to a person so very, very nice! I’m a midwesterner as us the rest of my family. We don’t bestow platitudes casually so when I speak so highly about a hotel and its staff, it comes from the heart!

Most comfortable beds and great bedding! Was a very comfortable stay with great breakfast options for someone GF. Thank you to the kind and polite staff. Will say the walls are thin and one night I did have some noisy neighbors. But overall a great stay
