We stayed for 3 days and every day we had to have our room key re-keyed because we could not get into our room. Some of the exercise equipment was broken and did not work properly. The cleaning schedule was weird for me, cleaning a room every 3 days for guests who stayed longer than one night.

When I made reservations I got a quote. When I checked in the girl at the desk charged me $200 + more. And told me they didn't follow what Expedia said. I talked to the manager and she fixed it

This is an older property and has some wear in the rooms. They said they only do room cleaning every 3 days. I stayed for 2 nights and only had two small bath towels and wash clothes. They also had local charges of $9.98 per day that I was charged in addition to the price I was shown on Expedia. I would have liked to have known this prior to my stay. I would have picked a different more updated hotel.

This is a nice place to stay however we were disappointed because the website advertised a slide in the pool which was a huge draw for our kids. We check on and find out the slide is down for repairs. I feel this is false advertising and should have been removed from the website until fixed. Breakfast was great.
