Everything looked fresh and new. Room was comfortable and bathroom spacious with wonderful walk-in shower. Easy to control room temperature. Lobby bright and airy. Nice breakfast.

The hotel overall was great. Everything was very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The waterpark was fun for our kids and us. The dining option for the waterpark, and room service, was fairly priced and pretty good. We stayed in one night after a long day and the room service was great. The hotel is right next to The Box venue where our daughter was competing and there was a path that made it very convenient to walk to. The breakfast was lacking in my opinion. The eggs were plain and the sausage was not warm. There were the usual yogurts, some bread, cereal, and a few pastries and fruits. We will likely stay here in the future but maybe skip breakfast.

I won’t know how the whole stay is until it’s over. But the check-in process was super easy. They didn’t have anymore King beds so I got two queens instead. The room is spacious and roomy.
