The room and staff were great. Comfortable beds. Only issue was we were charged for parking, which wasn’t included or noted in the hotels.com booking. We will stay again, just a heads up to anyone else who’s stayed and don’t know of additional parking charges.

The carpet in the room had visible debris on it at check in. The breakfast hot food was lukewarm at best, the juice machine gave water with a hint of juice. The receptionist at check in seemed inconvenienced that we checked in. Pool area was decent, but the hours were very limited.

Stay was ok, our room was bolt locked open, so door was open when we got to our room. Whole reason we came here was so our kids could play at Watiki, our 5 year old it was great, the options for a 2 year old on the other hand are very lacking, and anything that she could, she would of been blue lipped in a few minutes as the water for that stuff was ice cold. As the night went on, we found towels, multiple down the hallway. Tripped over a few. Trash scattered. Cup, half eaten donut. In our room, our fridge doesn’t work, had milk for the 2 year old, that was nice. A sock was on the floor between the beds. Did your room ever actually get cleaned? Shower handle fell off on the I lnside when we went to close the shower door. Lastly the room was 60 degrees when we came in. Maybe just 68/70 would sufficed. Other than that, we enjoyed our time we were about to spend at the very busy Waterpark.

Room was fine. Sofa had a very bad seat cushion. Unacceptable for Fairfield hotel. I reported this 3 times but no one came to the room. Charging $4 for parking. I guess we will stay elsewhere next time.
