VRBO is nice. It is attached to a house so you do get noise/smells from upstairs occasionally, but it turned off at 10pm at quiet hours. We received A LOT of automated messages about our stay, including regarding our snafu of not having a coffee filter/lack of coffee K cups, but no real solutions were offered, just platitudes. Place is clean, has good amenities, and it we were able to check in early for a fee.

Everything was great, only downsides were parking on the street (not horrible) and the quiet times were 10PM -7AM for guests but heard stomping and other noises from upstairs.

1st disappointment on VRBO

Clean & quiet neighborhood. Requested addition wash rags for bathroom was told there were no more (3 a piece for 2 people for a 5 day stay). Have to park in the street no parking in driveway. Kitchen is nice and new except it has no cooking sheets for the oven only pans for stove top. No icemaker or ice trays for cold drinks. No local TV channels so you can't see what the weather is doing Roku streaming only with what ever subscriptions you may have.

Wonderful property and the host stayed in constant communication from weather updates to just making sure everything was okay! The update appliances were great. The bathroom was very luxurious and the heated toilet was a plus especially coming in from the cold! This is great stay! Also in a great helpful neighborhood, there was no shortage of help when I got stuck in the snow one morning!
