Amazing Home and Host-don't go past this one!If you are a party of 6 or less-this is the one for you! From the time of booking until we got home again our host was amazing!!If anything this home has been under promoted with what it has.Although the maps show it as being up a side road it is on the main road so very easy to find. Walk across the road to the Lagoon that a neighboring resort uses as one of it's sales pitches-but you get exactly the same beach as them.The home is spacious with all of the amenities-dishwasher,washing machine,dryer, satelitte tv (your own membership). All rooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioner (and all work-unlike some resort rooms).The kitchen is fully stocked-coffee machine and frother(small nespresso type caps) nutribullet whizz, muffin trays, cake tins etc. We did not want for anything.The water throughout the house is filtered so drinkable. The large fridge/freezer makes ice.Then there is the outdoor area!!This has been done so cleverly- Gorgeous pool with a step/lip for children to be able to get out of the whole pool-deep enough for adults. Great bbq. Large table and sun chairs.We spent hours out in this area. It is private with high security fencing and lighting.Mutiple life jackets, snorkling gear, kayaks and SUP's.Serviced daily. Our host kept us informed daily of anything happening on the island or recommendations for restaurants-she was fantastic-even delivered fruit platters to us mid holiday (no cost). Highly recommend

A hidden gem! We have just spent 5 days at Marthalina's Beach Villa, it is by far better than any resort. At night you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach across the road (its so quiet), in the morning you hear the very faint noise of a rooster but the property is securely gated so no stray dogs or roosters can enter which means you can easily sleep in as noise is not an issue here. It's a quiet serene setting, we travelled with 3 generations age ranges from 69-14 and we all loved our stay. The second toilet makes all the difference when multiple people share the same bathroom. This villa is fully equipped with the comforts of home, and with a cleaner that comes in daily to clean the floors and make the beds it makes all the difference during your stay and keeps the villa looking stunning. Tia goes above and beyond to make sure you know what's happening around the island as well as the go to places to eat. You really are spoilt for choice here, you can lounge around the pool or enjoy some snorkelling, kayaking, SUP right across the road from the Villa at the reserve. Tia has also provided water gear to use during your stay as well as beach towels. You won't even need to pack lots of clothes as the full laundry which includes a dryer lets you keep on top of your laundry with ease. There is just so much to say about Marthalina's ... you will not be disappointed!!! Book it and come. PS. If you love baked goods do try the Rarotonga Bakery

Everything we hoped for and more!We recently stayed here as a family of six adults and couldn't have asked for a better place to base ourselves in Rarotonga. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, giving everyone plenty of room to relax while also providing great spaces for us to spend quality time together.The outdoor area was a real highlight. We made full use of the pool, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and the kayaks and snorkelling gear. The location was fantastic, with the lagoon perfect for swimming and long walks just across the road. Handy to bars and restaurants.What truly set this property apart was the exceptional service from our host. From the moment we booked until after we arrived home, her communication was warm, prompt, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, sharing local recommendations, keeping us informed about island events, and making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing a memorable experience was outstanding.Everything was immaculately presented, well maintained, and exactly as described. We would highly recommend this property to families or groups looking for a relaxing, private, and well-appointed home away from home. It exceeded our expectations in every way and was a huge part of making our Rarotonga holiday so special
