Some of those special places are apartments "Sea view" and "Sea view 2" in small tourist resort Ravni.
Each apartment has a separate entrance, terrace and parking.
Both apartments together can accommodate 8 persons.

Apartment for 1-4 persons, category ***, 30 m², with large terrace 12 m² and magnificent sea view. Total surface( apartment + terrace = 42 m² ).
Apartment has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom No.1 with double bed and with magnificent sea view + air condition + view on SAMSTUNG SMART SAT-TV.
Bedroom No.2 with 2 single beds + SAT-TV + SONY PLAY STATION 4 with games! Bedclothes for use.
Kitchen with SAMSUNG SMART, SAT-TV, + free WiFi internet, table, 4 chairs and equipment ( refrigerator, frizzer, stove with 4 cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric grill, dishes and cutlery).

In my opinion, tourist resort Ravni is hidden pearl of Istrian east coast. That is a small place on sea coast. There is a long beach, crystal clear water and untouched nature. It is a peacefull place without big traffic.
Beach is 500 m long and it consists one large and many small beaches. There is caffe-bar, restaurant, playground, sport field and rent-a-boat servis.
Resort Ravni is located from the local center, the town of Labin, about 20 km ( 20 min car ride ) and from the destination Rabac, 25 km ( 30 minutes car ride ).
Tourist resort Ravni and our apartment, with stunning view of the sea and islands, is one of those special places where you can truly enjoy your holiday.
Once you came to apatrment with your privat car, Rent-a-car or taxi service, you won't need it anymore. All you need is in the vicinity of the apartment.
Distance from the beach – 300 m ( 5 minutes walk )
Distance from the market – 100 m
Distance from caffe bar/restaurant – 400 m
Distance from playground – 400 m
Distance from exchange office – 600 m
In case you are coming with an airplane till airport Pula we can organize a taxi service. Welcome, transport from the airport Pula to the apartment and return to the airport. Taxi service price is approximately 50 € for one way.

Step 2: in town of Labin you drive always straight through 5 roundabouts to the old town of Labin on the hill!

Step 4: after arriving to the resort Ravni, drive, always, straight to the end of resort and drive, always, straight, into the street which is located closest to the sea!
Step 5: Welcome! The second last apartment in the first block of 7 apartments is apartment “Sea view”, Ravni 154 ! (Here awaits owner with a key from the apartment).
The apartment has a garden and a covered parking place. On the other side of the apartment is a large terrace with magnificient sea view!
