The sophisticated villa spreads over two floors and consists of an open living room, dining room, kitchen, and four bedrooms + 2 additional toilets.
With neutral earth tones and wooden details, Luxury Villa Perfecta creates that special feeling of home.
The open space of the living room and dining room leads you to a modern kitchen where you will enjoy the specialties of Istrian cuisine with your family and friends. The bright and airy interior continues to the outside space.
One bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor. Three rooms are located on the first floor, providing a beautiful open view of the sea and the surrounding greenery. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and have double beds. One of the rooms is ideal for children, with two single beds.
Luxury Villa Perfecta also has a hidden gem - a relaxation room with a Finnish sauna and SPA area, where you can completely relax and unwind.
The outdoor area is 1280m2 and includes a garden, an outdoor kitchen, and a shaded dining area with barbecue facilities. Lying by the pool of 45m2 in the Istrian sun with a glass of their famous wine is best with good company.
If you travel with children, they will have an entertainment area just for themselves: completely fenced children's playground, badminton, table soccer, darts and PlayStation.
