Beautiful single-family house "Stancija Negri", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Reburići 4 km from the centre of Trget, 8 km from the centre of Labin, in a sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 6'000 m2, beautiful garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 28.Apr. - 29.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 9.7 km, pebble beach 4 km. This beautiful house with swimming pool and view of olive trees and mediterranean plants is situated in a small Istrian village just 20 minutes drive from Rabac with beautiful beaches. The owner of this lovely Istrian house is well known olive oil manufacturer whose products you can buy. The house is only a 10 minutes drive from the little historical town Labin known as a city of artists and just one hour drive from the historical town Pula with amphitheater and Brijuni islands.
