Villa Chiara

Villa Chiara is a spacious four-bedroom villa with a private pool, located in the Labin/Rabac region, in eastern Istria, just 4 km from the sea. The villa offers beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres and can accommodate up to 9 people. On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Through the patio doors you can access the attractive terrace and the pool. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and a shower. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with balconies overlooking the pool and offering a beautiful panoramic sea view. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower. There is also an additional shared bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Guests staying here will appreciate the beautiful rural surroundings and the peaceful environment with a private pool and an elegant garden. The outdoor area features a terrace with a 30 m2 private pool, comfortable sun loungers and an open terrace with a barbecue where you can prepare and share your favorite meals. On the terrace by the pool there is a table football for entertainment during your stay. Additional opportunities for play and entertainment (shared with two other neighboring villas) include: a small football field, a children's playground, table tennis and billiards.
Villa Chiara is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 1 pet allowed. Pet fee in amount of 15€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival. Tourist tax is not included and is to be paid on spot €1,70 per day/per person.
