On the outskirts, in a quiet, elevated position, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), park, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (3 x 7 m, depth 70 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Table tennis, badminton, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Rataje nad Sázavou" 3 m. Nearby attractions: Hrad Český Šternberk 15 km, Kutná Hora (UNESCO) 35 km, Zámek Konopiště 40 km.
