The 79 m² apartment for 5 people with paved south-west terrace and private parking extends over three floors. On the ground floor is the living room with kitchen and dining table. The living room has a separate area for a comfortable sofa overlooking the 50 "flat screen TV. A music system with CD player and USB port provide entertainment and cozy relaxation. The two-line high gloss kitchen with cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. The fridge incl. The freezer, sink and dishwasher are on one side and the illuminated display cabinet shines with crockery and glasses. The stove with ceramic hob and push-button, the oven and two base cabinets with drawers form the cooking island. The kitchen equipment is complete with pots and pans and all necessary utensils for cooking such as: potato masher, can opener, corkscrew, peeler, blender, wooden spoon, garlic press, decent knives, etc. A coffee machine from Saeco and a milk frother conjure a perfect cappuccino. In addition, there is a coffee maker, a kettle and toaster. The dishes and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. There are also espresso cups, coffee cups, cereal bowls and antique serving bowls and plates. The dining area is adjacent to the cooking island.
