Rustic, comfortable single-family house "Lea", 3 storeys, built in 2013. 1.8 km from the centre of Ravna Gora, in an elevated position, 50 km from the sea, located by a road. Private: property 878 m2 with lawn. Terrace. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 650 m, café 500 m, bus stop 18 km, railway station 7.8 km, pebble beach 50 km. Nearby attractions: NP Risnjak 30 km, Zeleni vir 18 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
