During exceptionally dry periods (rare), island-wide water shortages may occur. If additional water delivery is required, guests will simply pay the supplier’s cost of approximately 300 THB per truck, based on usage.

Electricity is charged separately at 8 THB per unit.
The electricity meter will be recorded together at check-in and check-out. For long-term stays, electricity is settled monthly.

• No parties, events or loud music at any time.
Registered Guests Only
• Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property.
• Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
• Any approved additional guest will incur a charge of 1,500 THB per person, per night.
Shoes Off Indoors
• Please remove your shoes before entering the villa to help keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone.
