Stórt og glæsilegt hús á lokuðu vel hirtu sumarhúsasvæði en þessi eign er orðin slitin og illa hirt. Rakaskemmdir og mygla á baðherbergi. Þrif voru ekki framkvæmd samkvæmt áætlun þrátt fyrir ábendingar þess efnis til umsjónaraðila. Einungis tveir sólbekkir.
