This cozy cottage on Frye Island welcomes guests with 4 bedrooms, including 2 full beds, 1 queen bed, and 3 twin beds. Of the two bathrooms, one feature a bathtub and shower, the other only a shower. An additional living room space with 2 full size futons provides extra comfort . A large lakefront deck with gas grill , picnic table, umbrella and patio furniture. Boaters will have access to a mooring buoy and to a small dock. Frye Island offers substantial amenities including a 9 hole golf course with clubhouse and golf carts.A dozen beaches, pickleball court, ball/soccer field, community center with small gym. Miles of unpaved roads and trails for walking and jogging. The only water accessible cafe/ restaurant, general store and ice cream kiosk on Lake Sebago
