Pretty listed semi-detached house with lovely sea views, in Le Canadel, near the Pramousquier beach known as ‘la mystérieuse’ in the commune of Le Lavandou. This is one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches in the region. Little frequented, it guarantees an authentic, wild and preserved fauna and flora in a green setting.
The beach is fully equipped (showers, mattress hire, pedalos, restaurants, WC, etc.) so you can make the most of it.
This house can accommodate 8 people + 1 child
You access the property via a driveway shared by the 3 houses in the co-ownership.
Then take about thirty steps up to the main level of the house.

It consists of
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with an open-plan kitchen, dining room and TV area. A beautiful terrace with sea view, table and deckchairs. Two bedrooms with double beds (140/190), one of which has a sea view. Shower room and separate WC.
Then go upstairs, where you'll find a dressing room, a shower room, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with a double bed.
All the comforts for your holiday: air conditioning throughout, free internet and WIFI, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV, hairdryer, ironing facilities, kitchen utensils...
Access to the basement of the house for the washing machine.

Please note: the house is located close to the main road. To leave the car park, please go backwards as it is impossible to turn around once parked.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Arrivée dans une maison ne correspondant pas à la description, terrasse inaccessible du fait d un escalier dangereux sans garde corps donnant sur le vide de plusieurs metres. Menage loins d etre satisfaisant malgres les 140 de forfait menage ( cafetiere et bouilloire sals, evier avec des residus alimentaires, douche et toilettes non lavés). Cette location est annoncée pour 8 personnes mais seule une mini place est prevue pour le stationnement d 1 vehicule obligeant à se garer sur une route departementale tres passante avec les 2eme vehicule. La main courante de l escalier interieur bouge dangereusement. Pourtant la presence d enfants en bas age a bien ete stipulée lors de la reservation, si nous avions su tout cela nous n aurions clairement pas loué ce bien. De plus l acces au plage annoncé à 10 min à pied est tres mensongé puis qu il faut minimum 20 min en marchantd un bon pas! Acces difficile à la proprieté avec des escaliers non entretenu, non eclairés et sans garde corps à certains endroits. Grosse deception dans l ensemble d autant que nous n avions jamais eu de mauvaise surprise en reservant via abritel. Seul la bonne climatisation et la vue vallaient le coup, tres mauvais rapport qualité prix.
