The modern villa (2014) offers 2 beautiful terraces (100mÂČ), garden and at the backside of the house a "boule"place and a swimming pool with a rolo-deck secure cover.
On the ground floor, a large living room with fully equiped kitchen and 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom + 1 shower and separate toilet. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer a sea view. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
It is a 7 min. walk to the village center (shops, restaurants, market on Friday). Walking access to the sea (12min). There are several beaches in the neighbourhood, le grand blue, the canadel beach and pramousquier, and a visit to the botanical gardens RAYOL is highly recommanded. Also walks in the Massif des Maures is very nearby.
It is 10 min. drive to Cavalaire Carrefour supermarket and 15 min. drive to le Lavandou with several supermarkets. Saint-Tropez is at 28 KM.
You will be welcomed by a multi langual couple who will show and explain the house to you. They will hand over the keys to you. They are always availible in case of questions/problems. They live in the neighbourhood. They will be there at the check-out.
It is possibility to rent the house next door (same characteristics) for large families (Total 20 persons).
So they are 2 houses attached to eachother but it is not disturbing.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Le Rayol Beach. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available. The villa offers free WiFi and a private pool.

Superb modern ,hi tech clean , well maintained Villa with the most breathtaking views , easy access to local village which had everything you might need. Delightful restaurants bars and beaches the butcher and baker were very good, and the local supermarket had delicious fruits and veg. Our welcome from the managers was exceptional very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The welcome bottle of wine from the owners was a delightful touch, many thanks. Can't wait to come again. Our family had a wonderful time. July 2016

Excellent facilities and magnificent view. Need a car as the walk in heat is energy sapping.

Wonderful week. Great weather. Much to do and see in region Need a car as walking is tiring up steep hill but lovely pool makes it worthwhile .Excellent facilities in the house and many helpful condiments and spices left for us to use. Dining table with drop lights perfect for outdoor eating but mossies a bit fierce. Bring repellant as local toads are not keeping up. Full recommendation. Hosts Marcel and Marianne very helpful and laid back Would recommend a full baking kettle BBQ or at least a grill not just hot plate A holiday to remember as it was my 70th birthday shared with friends. Perfekt fĂŒr den Familienurlaub

Eine tolle Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick und allem was man benötigt! Ein BĂ€cker, Metzger und kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch zum Strand kann man zu Fuß laufen. Sehr nette Vermieter und eine reibungslose Übergabe. Das angrenzende Haus stört ĂŒberhaupt nicht, man lebt komplett fĂŒr sich alleine auf seiner Seite. Wir kommen wieder....!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Pool war beheizt, so dass es nie zu kalt zum Baden war. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können die Villa voll empfehlen. Die Bilder des Inserats entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Viel Liebe zum Detail steckt im Hause. Sehr gute Lage fĂŒr alle Ausflugsziele. Einfach nur traumhaft. Dankeschön.

SĂ©jour de rĂȘve dans une villa de rĂȘve

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine en famille dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue Ă©poustouflante. MĂȘme si la mĂ©tĂ©o n'a pas toujours Ă©tĂ© favorable nous avons pu profiter de la vue sur mer depuis le sĂ©jour. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage de Rayol peut se faire Ă  pied pour les plus sportifs. Il y a Ă©galement un service de navette gratuite. J'avoue que l'on a peu envie de quitter la villa. La piscine a ravie les petits et les grands, le terrain de pĂ©tanque Ă©galement. Si je peux y retourner, se sera avec le plus grand plaisir. Merci aux hĂŽtes avec qui j'ai eu de trĂšs sympathiques contacts.

Alles perfekt! Tolle Vermieter, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Haus in traumhafter Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Perfekter Urlaub an der CĂŽte d’Azur abseits der Touristen-Ströme aber trotzdem mittendrin. Sehr schönes Haus an toller Aussichtslage

Tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, super Aussichtslage, sehr netter Vermieter, unkomplizierter und netter Empfang durch Mathieu. Wir waren mit 6 Personen da, was sehr komfortabel war mit der Grösse des Hauses. Das Haus hat aber bis zu 12 Betten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und 1 Stockbett. Man kann gut zu Fuss ins Dorf oder ans Meer laufen. Im Dorf hat es eine BĂ€ckerei, Metzgerei und einen kleinen Laden wo man alles fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf kaufen kann. Grössere GeschĂ€fte und Flaniermeilen erreicht man mit dem Auto. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

La villa, situĂ©e sur les hauteurs du Rayol est proche de tous les commerces de proximitĂ©. Un plus en pleine saison... Une fois installĂ©s, vous n’avez qu’une envie : ne plus bouger de cet endroit idyllique ! Bravo Ă  Marianne et Marcel pour leur accueil et leur disponibilitĂ©. Bravo aux heureux propriĂ©taires qui ont mis tout leur cƓur dans cette villa oĂč on se sent chez soi. Qu’une envie : y revenir !

Maison de rĂȘve

Avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison qui est superbe. TrÚs bon accueil de Marianne et Marcel. Il ne manque rien au niveau équipement. La vue est juste grandiose, la piscine privée est trÚs appréciable. Le village est proche, notre vélo électrique était bien apprécié pour les petites courses . Nous espérons y retourner.

Ein tolles Anwesen, bei welchem alles rundum passt. Die traumhafte Lage ĂŒber der KĂŒste mit Blick auf Meer und Inseln - einfach klasse. Das Haus ist modern, mit allem was man benötigt, eingerichtet und alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Ein toller, liebevoll angelegter Garten mit mediterraner Bepflanzung und schönem Pool mit gigantischer Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt uns sind nur ungern wieder ausgezogen ;-) - daher kommen im nĂ€chsten Jahr wieder :-) Die Betreuung durch Marianne und Marcel ist vorbildlich. Sie sind hilfsbereit, freundlich und fĂŒr alle AuskĂŒnfte zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Besser kann es nicht sein! GlĂŒckwunsch an die Besitzer zu diesem einzigartigen flecken Erde.

Nun bereits unser zweiter Familienaufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Domizil - und wir waren hoffentlich nicht das letzte mal zu Gast. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich, das Ferienhaus außergewöhnlich hochwertig und praktisch konzipiert und eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Minute hier erneut genossen. Fantastique!

Au calme, proche des commerces et des plages, cette villa d’architecte a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien conçue, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Bravo aux propriĂ©taires. Les extĂ©rieurs sont magnifiques et trĂšs soignĂ©s. La vue est juste INCROYABLE! Le rĂȘve... Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour et avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis. Superbe SĂ©jour ! Vue incroyable sur la mer !

TrĂšs bonne expĂ©rience. A refaire et Ă  recommander ! La villa est superbe et la vue incroyable ! Il n’y a que les moustiques qui nous ont un peu dĂ©rangĂ©s. Et seul petit inconvĂ©nient, la lumiĂšre qui passe Ă  travers les rideaux dans les chambres. Que de bons souvenirs 😍
