Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison situĂ©e dans un quartier trĂšs calme. La plage de Pramousquier se trouve Ă  10-15 minutes Ă  pied, et celle du DĂ©barquement (notre prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e) Ă  environ 20 minutes. L’emplacement est idĂ©al pour profiter de la rĂ©gion et de la mer.La literie est trĂšs confortable (le lit mesure 160 cm de largeur, Ă  prĂ©voir si vous apportez vos draps). Il faut cependant prĂ©voir quelques escaliers, mais cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ©s. La piscine hors-sol est agrĂ©able et suffisamment grande, mĂȘme si l’accĂšs par l’échelle nous a semblĂ© un peu dĂ©licat.L’hĂŽte s’est montrĂ© disponible et attentive via la messagerie. Elle nous a prĂ©venu par un message d’alerte lorsqu’un orage a Ă©clatĂ© en plein milieu du sĂ©jour.En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravis de notre sĂ©jour et nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter cette location.

Hébergement agréable grùce notamment a la présence de la climatisation . Seuls bémols : passage obligatoire par la chambre pour accéder a la salle de bain ce qui n'est pas idéal pour ceux qui doivent dormir dans le séjour . Prévoir a minima 15 mn et non pas 6 pour accéder a la plage et au retour de la plage s'attendre a une cote avec passage a 15% .HÎte sympathique et réactive .

Petite maison bien située, quartier trÚs calme, vue sur les massifs.La voie verte qui nous mÚne vers une petite crique est top.La maison est bien équipée, la clim nous a bien servi durant les fortes chaleurs, la piscine aussi !Un petite supérette Proxi se trouve en bas de la corniche.Merci à Florence pour son accueil !!!

Location trÚs agréable et bien située. Bonnes prestations : confort, dÚcoration, jolie vaisselle...espace extérieur bien aménagé avec la petite piscine bien appréciable, un plus avec la chaleur du sud. Pas de vis à vis-à-vis, belle vue sur massif des Maures.Proche plages à pied. Environnement calme et résidentiel.

PropriĂ©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able (intĂ©rieur comme extĂ©rieur) avec belle vue sur les collines. Endroit trĂšs calme et paisible, plage de pramousquier non loin de la maison et petite superette trĂšs agrĂ©able accessible Ă  pied. Petite maion joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et belle terrasse bien amĂ©nagĂ©e. Netter Aufenthalt mit unerfreulichem Nachspiel

HĂŒbsch eingerichtetes kleines HĂ€uschen mit schönem Ausblick, in ruhiger Lage und kurzem Weg zu Strand und kleinem Supermarkt. SchrĂ€nke, Fußböden und KĂŒche hĂ€tten sauberer sein können, u.a. befanden sich tote Insekten in der Kaffeemaschine. Vieles erschien provisorisch installiert. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts waren ein paar Reparaturen notwendig, die die Vermieterin schnell behoben hat; auch die WĂ€sche wurde zwischenzeitlich ausgetauscht. Der Kontakt war bis dahin angenehm. Nach unserer RĂŒckkehr jedoch wurden wir von der Vermieterin völlig ĂŒberraschend mit abwegigen und unverschĂ€mten VorwĂŒrfen konfrontiert. Der Versuch einer KlĂ€rung fĂŒhrte lediglich zu weiteren Anschuldigungen, ihr Ton wurde zunehmend unprofessionell. WĂ€hrend wir fĂŒr einen Kritikpunkt tatsĂ€chlich die Verantwortung ĂŒbernehmen und dafĂŒr selbstverstĂ€ndlich aufkommen werden, sind die weiteren VorwĂŒrfe absurd. So hĂ€tten wir verschiedenste Dinge zerstört, entwendet oder vernachlĂ€ssigt. Eine Stellungnahme zu diesen Punkten wĂŒrde den Rahmen sprengen. Wir sind eine integere Familie und fassungslos - wir können uns des Eindrucks nicht erwehren, dass die Vermieterin infolge unseres einen Fehltritts die Gelegenheit nutzt, um mittels Verleumdung MĂ€ngel des Hauses auf unsere Kosten instandzusetzen. Die Vermieterin hat nun ĂŒber FeWo-direkt finanzielle Forderungen gestellt; eine KlĂ€rung steht noch aus. Dieser nervenaufreibende Konflikt lĂ€sst den schönen Urlaub nun leider in den Hintergrund treten.

Séjour agréable en septembre

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 2 semaines dĂ©but septembre et la mĂ©tĂ©o Ă©tait parfaite pour pouvoir profiter pleinement du lieu. L'Ă©quipement de la terrasse est complet avec vue sur la colline des maure, une belle exposition ensoleillĂ©e en aprĂšs midi et une petite piscine hors sol est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour se rafraĂźchir. L'intĂ©rieur est dĂ©corĂ© avec caractĂšre et tout l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire est Ă  disposition. Lit d'appoint pour enfants ou visites sur quelque jours. La climatisation est un plus lors des journĂ©es les plus chaudes. La situation est trĂšs calme, Ă  distance de la dĂ©partemental avec la plage de Pramousquier Ă  10 min Ă  pied. La place de parc fermĂ©e enlĂšve tous soucis Ă©ventuelles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, mĂȘme sans vue sur la mer et en devant faire attention aux marches et escaliers, mais rien de rĂ©dhibitoire pour un sĂ©jour en couple reposant et de qualitĂ©.

Tutto bene

Appartamento ben fornito e arredato. Molto gradevole il resede esterno dove si puo mangiare e trascorrere del tempo in relax. E' dotato di una piccola piscina che non abbiamo utilizzato, preferendo il mare cristallino a pochi passi dalla casa. La location e' ottimale per raggiungere le spiagge piu belle e le principali localitĂ  turistiche della zona. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

HĂŒbsches HĂ€uschen in ruhiger Lage

Es war wundervoll ruhig, entspannt auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge sitzen zu können, der Strand war fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, wie auch ein kleiner Laden fĂŒr die nötigsten Dinge. Die KĂŒche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es gibt nur einige Stolperfallen im Haus .
