Magnificent Villa on the Beach - Family atmosphere - Stunning views
La Joliette is reminiscent of a small village, with its 2 independent but interconnected houses, its many terraces, its patio that comes alive as the hours and moods change, and its many rooms, each with a different view of the sea or vegetation.
Above all, La Joliette is exceptional for its waterfront location on the beach of Canadel (commune of Rayol Canadel sur mer), 30 km from Saint-Tropez, and for its sublime view of the sea and the Golden Isles.
The Villa is divided into 2 houses with a common entrance, spread over 2 floors
First floor - Ground/upper floor (entrance door).
Entrance hall, with staircase to the lower floor
Right: the 1st house with its kitchen, cathedral lounge (6m HSP) with piano and Tectona tables, and 3 bedrooms.
Left: the master suite with bedroom 1 with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with WC and private access to the garden.
On the lower floor (access via the interior staircase in the entrance hall or via the garden)
A 2nd large kitchen, and a 2nd vast living-dining room with a Max Alto dining table (3 meters wide) and a large Bolia corner sofa.
3 further bedrooms on this level. WC PMR !
The patio leads from the reception-kitchen area to the bedrooms, the garden and the beach.
Each room offers a different, sublime view of the sea, the Golden Isles and the vegetation (2 rooms have a view of the vegetated rear area).
Exterior:
- 4 large terrace areas: ~90m² roof terrace (ideal for yoga sessions facing the sea!), 2 large ipe terraces, shaded natural terrace under cork oaks
- Planted garden (many local species: cork oaks, eucalyptus, mimosas, lemon trees, palms...)

- Plancha with barbecue function

- Crystal-clear sea, water of remarkable purity, thanks in particular to the local geological stone, mica, which glistens in the seabed and really gives the impression of swimming in a treasure chest!

There is a shared wall with the neighboring house, but the configuration of the 2 houses, the difference in levels between the 2 plots and the large size of each plot guarantee perfect independence.
