Didn't feel safe at hotel - sketchy area. Door to my room wouldn't shut correctly - holes in the black out curtain - fitness center was pitiful -old equipment - no towels, nothing to wipe off equipment - missing equipment in order to lift weights, no cups for water. Dirty toilet when I checked in.

Comfortable beds. Clean property. Friendly staff. One big negative for me is a coffee maker in a bathroom. It’s unsanitary. Either don’t have one since you offer coffee in the lobby, or clean them up well and move them into the actual room.

Good room, close enough to Santander arena for a reasonably priced Uber. Was excited to seee sausage gravy at breakfast, disappointed there were no biscuits to put it on.
