Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was fresh and hot. Didn't have much interaction with staff except checking in and out. Our room was clean, bed comfortable. The only thing that I would want to see changed would be the towels. They've exceeded their use.

Front desk staff were great. Hotel is showing its age. Hallway carpets are well worn. And another aberration - first time ever after years of patronage, the bathtub was not thoroughly cleaned; sides and area around drain and drain plate were dirty with oil and soap.

Loved the fun Grinch Christmas theme when you enter- everything was so lively and decorated like home- the warm coffee waiting when coming in each time from the cold Dec weather felt so inviting. Slept great with wonderful hot showers and great pressure. Wanted to see if you could tell me what type of oatmeal you use to cook for breakfast cause it was the best I have had in so long!
