We had one of the kitchenette suites. Unfortunately there was only a place setting for one person and really mo eating utensils. Our party was 3 people, so that was mot convenient. But we live staying there everytime we are heading that way.

Check-in: Long wait to be attended at. Manager was chastising an employee over a mistake. Had to request a room change due to dirty linen. Housekeeping was noisy and unprofessional. There’s a nightclub attached to the motel. The patrons were noisy and it was hard to stay asleep.

Clean , safe rooms . Connected lounge with great food and a live band and DJ. Tripp was amazing behind the bar and always treats us great . Hats off to him . Food is always terrific , drinks are very reasonable . Highly recommend . Great stay . All upgraded new rooms safe and spotless

We were told we can request a “late stay” and checkout at 2pm instead of 12pm, got the confirmation from corporate booking AND the young kid in the front, only to have someone banging on our door at 12 for us to leave! I specifically stated, “we were granted a late stay and should be on my profile.” They come back and say it is not on your profile so if you’re not out by 1230 we are calling the cops! Huh!? My family is in this room WTH do you need to call the cops for as if we’re in here doing something wrong and/or just blatantly refusing to leave!??? I kid ya not, a cop car was literally outside by the time we had to now RUSH AND LEAVE by 1230! NEVER AGAIN!!! And just something additionally to add on before this situation ever happened, the place had a terrible scent of smell the whole time, even in the rooms the same smell carried over! Do better! Get some customer service skills and realize if you would just talk to people, you would maybe know what type of situation they’re in and why we even requested a “late checkout” to begin with. Either way, 1st and LAST TIME my family and I will be here 💯
