During my 3 nights stay I had no room service at all. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for the whole week, but leisure fee was still charged at full price per night.

Very clean room and lovely big bed. Didn’t find WiFi password? Found the sports bar good but when sitting nearby couldn’t hear what was being said. Perhaps they need a proper quiet corner for family & friends to meet and chat. Would stay again and staff were lovely on reception. Found breakfast layout slightly trickier and didn’t flow for us. Saying all that would stay again. Had a lovely room with balcony and view of the river

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfy giant bed! Signage in the car park is a bit confusing as it says to pay via the app, no mention of the guest registration system in the foyer.

Everything was beyond perfect! The stay was wonderful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff would go above and beyond to help with anything we might have need. We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be coming back!!!

Everything superb, loved the room styling, newly refurbished feel, spotless clean. Top notch leisure facilities (could add poolside plant life and steam room scent maybe), gym full of new tech & choices with river view window. There was even a gym ball and mat in my club room. All staff helpful and prompt. I've stayed at other village hotels, this one was the best
