The villa is very pretty and the view of the sea are amazing. you can walk into town which is also nice. The property is well maintained and the property manager is very helpful. The only thing I would warn about is that the parking spot is at the top of the driveway (you cannot drive down to the villa) - so you have to be ready/willing to drag your luggage up and down a steep road which is also slippery in the rain. We had a senior citizen with us and I would not recommend this for another senior. But if you are healthy and strong, it is worth the daily trek up and down the steep hill for the view and the architecture.

Attenzione!La casa è in cattive condizioni. La camera da letto separata è umida e ammuffita. L'aria condizionata funziona solo in modo molto limitato e poi smette di funzionare del tutto (fino a 27 C nelle camere da letto). I mobili, soprattutto il divano, sono molto sporchi e macchiati. La cosa peggiore, però, è il rumore dei lavori di costruzione (dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8 alle 17): nella metà della casa adiacente sono in corso lavori di demolizione da oltre 4 mesi, di cui il proprietario è a conoscenza ma che nasconde. Non è possibile accedere al giardino “ad uso comune” perché c'è una disputa con il vicino (quello dei lavori di costruzione). La “spiaggia privata” non è privata, poiché è raggiungibile tramite un sentiero pubblico ed è molto frequentata da estranei. Dopo numerose e-mail con HappyRentals, abbiamo ottenuto un parziale rimborso (circa il 25%), ma questo non compensa una vacanza completamente fallita. Tradotto con DeepL.com (versione gratuita)
