Imóvel exatamente como descrito no anúncio. O condomínio é simplesmente sensacional, foi muito agradável nossa estadia. Ressalvas mínimas são o ralo do banheiro que não comporta a vazão da ducha e a quantidade de equipamentos na cozinha que não comporta 5 pessoas. Mas nada que tenha desabonado nossa excelente estadia.

Foi uma das melhores experiências que tive em viagens. O condomínio por si só é um espetáculo. O apartamento estava conforme o anúncio, confortável, ótima limpeza e possui os utensílios necessários. Gostaria de registrar aqui nossa satisfação com a locação desse imóvel. O apartamento é lindo, aconchegante e muito bem equipado, não faltou nada! A negociação com Luiz e Beatriz transcorreu de forma tranquila e cordial, sempre respondendo prontamente as minhas dúvidas. O resort é lindo, as piscinas são ótimas, sempre limpinhas, porém deixa muito a desejar na questão de alimentação. O buffet é caro pelo pouco que oferece, o bar da piscina demora muito e as porções são pequenas pelo preço. Soubemos por um funcionário, que o hotel está fase de troca de administração, espero que avaliem bem esse quesito e que melhorem o serviço.

Local e Flat excepcionais!

Gostamos muito! O Flat é bem equipado e os proprietários (Luiz e Larissa) nos atenderam muito bem quando um dos condicionadores de ar estava com problemas. As piscinas são ótimas, com serviços de manutenção muito bons, sem falar na educação dos funcionários de todo o resort. Como sugestão, pois levamos nosso filho pequeno, os monitores poderiam estar mais disponíveis e com eventos planejados para crianças de 5 à 10 anos. Enfim, recomendamos muito esse lugar.
