Excellent location, very clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast and an amazing ocean front view. What needs improvement is the elevators (long wait and they are constantly with those plastic protections as if there was someone moving all the time). Great bang for the buck.

We experienced a power outage at around 2:00 AM, and by the time we checked out at 8:00 AM, the electricity still had not been restored. Although the hotel had a generator, it only powered the elevator and hallway . Without electricity the AC wouldn’t work ,which made it extremely hot and uncomfortable, and no one was able to sleep. I spoke with the front desk, but they placed the blame entirely on the power company and did not offer any form of compensation or discount. I even mentioned that I would have slept better in my car, but that did not change their response. Overall, the lack of support and customer care during this situation was disappointing

Staff on the hotel was ok but they could be little more helpful with international guests. They didn’t offer adapters which I was able to get in the hotel next door. In the website there was mention about the pool been closed. Sink was cracked. Also found cockroach in my bathroom 3 nights. Spoke to a guest on the floor above mine and same happened to them. I was offered to change the room but there was not point if other rooms had same issue. Not going back

Maintenant is poor, service slow, employees will help people who cut in line before they do the ones waiting... I had to change rooms and was given a room that was either occupied by someone else or hadn't been cleaned yet. That made me fear for my safety, and i felt the need to take my belongings with me every time i left the hotel because i didnt know if they would give another guest my room by mistake. Another guest made me feel uncomfortable in the elevator. When i brought this up to the front desk the dismissed it saying he was a regular guest and that's just how he is. I will definitely not be back

Quarto é bem grande, cama é maravilhosa muito grande e lenções confortáveis. Parte que não gostei foi cheiro de mofo nos corredores e no quarto, paredes dos corredores do quarto estão emboloradas e chão estava pregando. Mas é um hotel bom, o estacionamento é terceirizado você tem que pagar por fora.
