Toda a estada foi excelente, a unica coisa a melhorar um pouco é a comunicação, pois por exemplo comprei pacote com café da manhã incluso e ao chegar no restaurante meu nome não estava na relação. Contudo foi resolvido rapidamente. Nos mais só a agradecer a loc day pelo serviço prestado. Até a proxima.

Primeiramente a minha total insatisfação com a Expedia e os responsáveis pelo flat, chegando lá não tinha nenhum dado da minha reserva, e fomos alocados por boa vontade dos funcionários que conseguiram um quarto de última hora. Cancelei todas as reservas futuras que tinha pro expedia.

Dono do hotel deve manter tudo funcionando

No geral foi boa a estadia, com o atendimento dos rapazes muito bom,porém não foi resolvido o problema da antena de TV ,informado desde que chegamos,saimos após 3 diárias sem conseguirmos ligar a televisão(quarto 4 B).Aconteceu o mesmo no quarto acima do nosso(8B). Outro problema foi na piscina,nosso quarto era na frente, havia de 2 a 3 sons ligados no mesmo horário e ficava pelo menos um ligado até tarde da noite. Acredito que se o hotel colocasse umas caixas de som deles,com uma boa seleção de música ,volume adequado e com horário determinado,proibindo sons particulares,evitaria essa poluição sonora.

O local é bem simples, porém bem agradável, e confortável, o ponto negativo e a menina da recepção não dá atenção aos clientes, fica o tempo todo no celular, já os rapazes que atendem a parte de reservas muito atenciosos, uma boa piscina, muito bom o custo benefício!
