Minha estadia foi bastante decepcionante. Ao chegar, o quarto não tinha cobertor, o lençol era muito fino e de péssima qualidade, e o colchão não possuía capa de proteção. Passei frio a noite toda. Além disso, a televisão e o ar-condicionado não funcionavam, e mesmo após acionar a equipe técnica, nada foi resolvido. No banheiro, não havia itens básicos como sabonete líquido, shampoo ou condicionador. Considero o valor cobrado muito alto para a baixa qualidade oferecida. Não recomendo.

Quarto com necessidades de manutenção ( Paredes mofadas. ar condicionado vazando para dentro do quarto, sem cobertores, e somente descobrimos durante a noite, e o café da manhã após as 9hs faltando itens básicos nos 3 dias, como pão de sal, queijo fateado, ao solicitar omelete, informou só ter no momento queijo e presunto, pois até a cebola já tinha terminado, cebola ? era somente solicitar, assim, entendi no caso somente do restaurante, uma equipe desmotivada, e sem interesse pelo cliente. Uma Pena.
